The Insights Discovery psychometric analysis is a framework for understanding your own personality preferences and those of others. It uses a four-colour approach to represent four core personality characteristics and calculates the extent to which your behaviours exemplify each colour. 

We do an end to end process for clients from arranging the evaluator link to be sent out, compiling the completed profiles and delivering either a 1:1 coaching session or a team workshop to explain the findings.

We all have mental health, just as we all have physical health. Mental ill health can strike at any time and can affect everyone. 

Although things are improving, stigma still exists around mental ill health. As a society, we don't tend to know how to take care of our mental health like we do our physical health. This means that people may not know how to support a friend, family member or colleague experiencing a mental health issue, or where to go for help with their own mental health.

We can deliver face to face or online MHFAider sessions. As well as support the set up and embedding of MHFAiders across an organisation, assist in setting up / running of support groups.

Most women experience menopause between the ages of 45 and 55 years as part of biological ageing. Menopause is caused by the loss of ovarian follicular function and a decline in circulating blood oestrogen levels. The menopausal transition can be gradual, usually beginning with changes in the menstrual cycle. We can support your organisation with strategy and policy advise / writing, design and delivery of bespoke training and include experts for specific topics and support to embed menopause support across the organisation.
